1950s. Box is 7x9x1.5" deep with top panel displaying bright and clean showing Mickey, Donald and Pluto in a kitchen with Donald holding a freshly-baked pie. The right lid skirt has a 1" tear and 2 corners have popped loose but overall box is Fine and displays nicely. Repairs would be a simple matter. The contents are 4 litho tin pieces each about 1.25x1.75x3" tall or long. The pieces are a refrigerator with 2 opening doors and illustrated images around the sides of Mickey, Minnie and Donald. Second is a washing machine with a small tin wringer at the top and an agitator mechanism on the inside which moves back and forth by means of a small crank. On the front of this is Daisy and one of Donald's nephews. The third piece is a stove with Donald on the left, 2 nephews looking at the oven door, a Mickey Mouse Club-style logo on an oven door that actually opens and with Pluto on the right side. Fourth is a kitchen sink with images of Chip and Dale on the top counter surfaces while on the front are nephews left and right flanking a pair of doors that slide open. On the left and right sides are images of Mickey with a tea towel and Goofy with a stack of plates. Paint on the tin pieces is essentially Mint. Rare and first we've offered.
