Item Description
Box is 7x9x2" deep, nicely decorated with 1950s images of Mickey, Donald and Pluto. Box holds a toy made of a wire frame 6" across by 6" deep at the base and standing 7.5" tall but on the top wire there is an additional wire that turns upward and this displays a "Disneyland" tin pennant and also carries the logo "Line Mar Toys." Suspended from the top bar is a jointed thicker style celluloid figure of Mickey. The wind-up mechanism at the side has a built-in key and when operating Mickey swings back and forth occasionally doing a summersault. Along the top edge of one of his hands, there is a 1/16" opening in the seam and this continues slightly down one side but the figure is not in danger of coming loose as there is an internal wire which firmly attaches Mickey's arm and hand to the top bar. Other than this very small split, toy is in N. Mint condition as is the box. From the Deak Stagemyer Collection. See item #1596.
