Item Description
See previous item #1115, this is also a test piece, never put into production and varies slightly from the mass-produced dispensers. Those dispensers were made with a transparent crystal head as well as glow-in-the-dark head but this is a solid somewhat translucent white head done as a test issue only. Only a handful were produced and this was obtained from a former Pez employee. Mint.
