Item Description
Two 11x14 lobby cards for the late 1940s re-release of the 1940 Universal series. Title card features nice bw photo images of Larry "Buster" Crabbe as Flash Gordon, Carol Hughes as Dale Arden, Charles Middleton as Emperor Ming . Also included is card for Chapter 4 "The Destroying Ray", featuring Ming, Captain Torch, Dale and Dr Zarkov. Light handling wear with aging at margins. Exc. Third in this lot is 11x14 lobby card for the 1940s re-release of the 1938 Universal serial "Flash Gordons Trip to Mars". Buster Crabbe as Flash, Jean Rogers as Dale and Frank Shannon as Dr. Zarkov are featured in blue tone. Tiny 1/8" chip at top margin. Handling wear with corner tip crease in upper right-hand corner. VF/Exc. All 3 feature "A Universal Picture" notation.
