Item Description
Two 10x12" animation sheets. Drawing #19 with 6x8" image features Harpo and Chico Marx, with each carrying violin and bow as Harpo's bow has special honking horn handle. Done primarily in lead pencil with a few colored pencil accents. Additional production notes at art and margin with text reading "Honk!" With Bow Exaggerated On This One Drawing To Accent Honk." Drawing #119 has 4.75x6.25" image and shows Grouch Marx with violin and bow, other hand holds Groucho's trademark cigar. Done primarily in lead pencil with color pencil accents and additional production notes. Art shows the Marx Bros. as "The Fiddlers Three." From 1939 Silly Symphony. Sheets have light aging/handling but are clean with Exc. art.
