Item Description
8.75x10-5/8" frame contains acetate sheet which has been double-matted. 2.25x3" cel image of M.C. Bird from the short directed by Ward Kimball which won an Academy Award as best short subject of 1969. Educational short discussed the evolution and history of birds, mixing animation with live footage. Bird holds record in hand. Acetate sheet has some slight warping at image but display is N. Mint.
