Item Description
7x12x27" tall die-cut cardboard with plastic blisters holding the cars in place. ©1983 McDonald's Corp-Mattel. Display holds complete amount of 14 different die-cast cars, typically 3" in length, issued one per day over a two-week period. These were available for 59¢ each with any food purchase. A specific car was available each day as indicated on the display. This was the first time McDonald's offered Hot Wheels, they would not appear in Happy Meals until 1988. Display shows light wear but is VF. Cars are Mint as packaged. This is the very same display that appears on the back cover of Tomart's Price Guide To Hot Wheels Collectibles Third Edition. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
