15x16.5" frame has double-matted display with acetate sheet measuring about 7x7.75". 6x6.5" cel image depicts Jiminy Cricket reclining in his open umbrella. From 1940 Disney animated feature. Interior mat has a studio Walt Disney signature, though not actually signed by Disney himself. Great, Exc. display.
