4-3/8x5" tin shield. Holed for mounting and with copyright of C.L. Robinson, apparent creator of the cartoon. Small paint loss areas on far left and right sides. Black marks above truck and "GOP" elephant represent clouds clearing from over the sun as the truck "U.S. & Co." gets shoved out of the mud. Vast majority remains clean. Rare. See previous two items.
