Limited edition 8" dia. plate with raised outer edge in its book-like box. 10x10.5x1.75" thick with hinged front lid. Very small bit of box wear. Comes with all paperwork including certificate with serial number 402 of reported 1,141 produced. Small 1/8" spot on rim where coating to prevent tarnish is gone but plate is over 99% Mint.
