8" tall. c. 1930s. Painted plaster. Paper label on paint can evenly age toned. Small chips on label. Remaining colors are bright and clean. Nicely detailed facial expression. Front of base was broken - professionally repaired. Very nicely designed and displays Exc. Rare.
