19.5" tall. c. 1950s. Painted composition waiter has brandy snifter-shaped head. Vinyl serving towel over arm reads "Smoothes Any Drink In The House!" Glass brandy bottle is fixed to molded plastic base with wire bracket. 1" corner split on base. Light surface dust but o/w displays Exc.
