8.5x11.5". c. 1970s. Two-sided coin board designed to sit upright on countertop. Coin slots for dimes and quarters. Repeat image on reverse. Facsimile signature to left of picture. Display is unused and Exc. Comes with original envelope with same image of Staubach and text "Help Me Defeat Leukemia." Ink notation/tear by address window. Top is torn open. VG. Also includes two-thirds of original instructions explaining fund drive's purpose. Missing top portion has been removed at perforation as instructed in body of letter. VG. Scarce.
