Item Description
8.5" tall red, white and blue hard plastic figure molded on 3.25" dia. base. Name on hat band and front of base is inscribed "Bank." Coin slot is in top of hat and crown twists and lifts out for coin removal. Back of base has "Made In U.S.A." marking. c. 1950s. These banks were designed to be solid colors(the example seen here was fasioned of left-over parts at the factory)and weren't designed as such. Red, white and blue colors are the most desirable combination. .25" stress line/crack to hat band by name and .25" stress line/crack to Mr. Peanut's left arm with 1/8" chip to elbow. 1.25" stress line to red rear portion of base. Still displays Exc. Rare.
