2.5x8" with brass bar pin and brass thread fringe. Center has high dome cello jugate with brass rim. Gold text reads: "Delegate/Republican League Of Pennsylvania Erie Sept., 8,9,10, 1896." Label of maker "Shaw" on reverse. Very light dust soil on cream fabric. Very limited issue for short duration event. Rare and VF. See next item.
