5.25" tall with embossed brass bar pin and cello "Delegate" insert. Gold text on purple ribbon reads "Pennsylvania State League Republican Club Wilkes-Barre Sept. 16-17-18, 1908." 1.75" white metal disk below has mounted sepia celluloid showing in miniature the famous tin tray created for 1908 depicting Taft, Sherman and GOP candidates back to Fremont in 1856. Reverse celluloid shows landmarks and industrial scenes around Wilkes-Barre, PA. Limited issue for 3-day event. Rare and N. Mint.
