Similar to #234 but this is screened photo in bw rather than sepia. 1.75" with Shaw backpaper. Collet holds ribbon reading "Prosperity And The Whole Republican Ticket/We Are Prosperous Under Taft 'Why Change'." Cello has a couple raised dots in reflected light. Very minor. Faint trace of pale blue tone around letters "PUB" as made. High gloss & N. Mint.
