c. 1920s. 1.25" with W&H backpaper. English on outer rim reads "Ancient & Honorable Order Of Yellow Dogs Topeka Kennel No. 1." Latin on inner rim reads "Nunquam Non Paratus - Fama Semper Vivat" (Never Unprepared - May His Fame Last Forever). The "Yellow Dog" reference applied to "Old Style" Southern Democrats said to be so loyal to the party they would vote for "an old yellow dog" before they would vote for a Republican. Exc., displays Mint. Only example known to us. Rare. See #591-592.
