Each man grasps the legs of "The Chatham Incubator" with Uncle Sam's balloon reading "Its A Good Thing And I Want It, Johnny" and John Bull's reading "Let Go Sammy Your Monroe Doctrine Does Not Include All Of The Good Things In America." Tiny and very faint age marks on cream bkg. barely visible. Trivial 1/8" hairline sliver of missing cello on reverse collet as made.
