VG. 3rd is 2.5x3.75" one-sided signed membership card. Exc. Last piece from kit is 1.75" dia. plastic badge/decoder. Bright, reflective silver luster remains. Exc. Lot also includes 4-1/8x9.5" "Top Secret" Captain Midnight envelope. This was not issued with this kit. Margin tears on left/handling creases. Rare. VG.
