Item Description
3.25" tall by Character Art Manufacturing Co., 1930s. Pressed steel frame with tin litho insert. Back has easel and top has loop for hanging. Insert depicts Mickey standing atop Pluto's dog house holding a stick over top of him. Designed with separate tin piece for Mickey's head and arm and the stick itself is designed to point at the temperature. Complete with glass cover. Insert shows slight trace of aging, red case has scattered tiny trace of paint wear along edges. VF. Great design. From the Deak Stagemyer collection.
