Item Description
5x10x8.25" tall metal stove with enamel paint by the Metal Ware Corporation of Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Two different versions were produced, each with different graphics, this is the play stove while the other was an electric range. These are pictured in the 1936/37 Mickey Mouse Merchandise Guide (see item #1551). Oven door has wood handle and opens. Scene on back panel depicts Mickey and his nephew at a table and Mickey has a separate arm. When lever is pushed, arm moves and a bell rings signaling dinner time. Moderate wear with some small scattered traces of paint wear, staining from age/use. VG. Rare and the first we've offered in our 41 years. From the Michael J. Stern Collection.
