Item Description
4.5x8x4" tall pressed steel with thick die-cut cardboard Mickey Mouse figure attachment. c. 1934 by N.N. Hill Brass Co. who produced a number of different Disney telephone toys including several variations of this Mickey phone one of which was a bank, but this is the standard toy phone-only variety. Rotary dial is a bit temperamental but does turn and rings a bell. Original cord attaches handset to base. Mickey has dust soiling, some small creases and trace of edge wear. Red painted parts have small scattered paint nicks while silvered metal parts have moderate surface oxidation. VG/Fine. Scarce. From the Deak Stagemyer Collection.
