Back of sheet has wholesaler's promotional text about Kooba Cola sample offer. Often, comic book and magazine distributors received promotional fliers showcasing new characters, though Samson had first appeared in Fantastic Comics No. 1. This bit of publicity may have been to help spotlight the character as he would soon receive his own title in Fall, 1940. Sheet has staple holes in upper left-hand corner as well as 5 hole punches along top margin. Folded twice horizontally as issued. 1/8x5/8" chip at bottom right-hand corner. 1-3/8" surface paper pull and .5" surface paper lift area. .75" tear at top fold. VG.
