Signed in black felt tip pen "love, Vickie Smith 92" with an added smiley face. Issue has some handling wear with small area of scuff to "Playboy" title. Signature and Anna Nicole image not affected. Centerfold has 8.5" crease to fold-out section. VF. Comes with Hake's COA.
