Item Description
2.75x6x8.5" tall doll from 1930. Velveteen stuffed body w/wire inserts in arms and legs for posing, checkered fabric bow tie, google eyes w/felt eyelid accents. Underside of each foot has strong and distinct markings including company name, registration number and "Flip The Frog." One felt eyelid has a couple of tiny spots of missing material on bottom edge. Has st. color fade to blue pants, mostly on front, now appearing a dull bluish-gray. Doll remarkably remains exceptionally bright and clean, rarely found w/this fresh appearance. Still an Exc. example. Provenance of Philip Samuels collection.
