Item Description
4x7x6" tall cast iron including the separate figure of Andy holding steering wheel, wheels are nickel plated as is the "348" license plate. 1920s. This version does not have a crank attached below the grille but as mentioned, does have the license plate. On this version Andy wears green suit and hat and this color matches the hubs. Has small scattered traces of paint wear, more so on Andy figure and wheels than the body of the car. Wheels have streak of luster worn off outer edge and some additional scattered tiny paint marks. Paint on Andy figure remains about 85% complete while the car is about 95%. Appearance remains bright and glossy. VF. Provenance of Philip Samuels collection.
