Item Description
Vintage 3-3/8x5-3/8" sepia-toned postcard showing candid image of Charlie Chaplin in his classic Little Tramp character wtih Alf Reeves, an important manager at the Charlie Chaplin Studio. The pair is standing at the front door of the studio. Inscribed "To Bert (last name illegible) From Alf Reeves." Charlie Chaplin has also signed his name and we believe him to have added "June 4-1918" date in black fountain pen. Corner tip wear but image and signature areas remain clean. Card was never postally issued and reverse is unused. Comes with Hake's COA.
