Item Description
From same series of nice quality jewelry as #3408. This pendant is 1x2" and depicts Betty holding onto a strand of four balloons, each represented by a different simulated jewel. At bottom center of oval frame is a flower w/simulated jewel stamen. Pendant has tiny scattered dots of paint off Betty. VF. Provenance of Philip Samuels collection.
