All are from the "Evening Under Western Stars Celebration" on May 17, 1997 at the Roy Rogers/Dale Evans museum in California held to celebrate Roy and Dale's 50th Wedding Anniversary. First is invitation for the event with the unused reservation card and return envelope. Next are two ticket stubs from the event. A 5.25x7.5" menu/program for the evening's events highlighting Roy and Dale's life together. A color photo of them is attached inside back cover. Next is a 3-sided, 7" tall folded table number card with their wedding picture on one side. Also included is a china mug and wine glass, both with their images and wedding dates. On each large table at the event was interestingly-designed metal table centerpiece made of horseshoes and featuring a black and white photo of Roy and Dale on their wedding day. Bottom is signed and dated "Rudfelt 97." On top of these centerpieces was a well-made 100% wool cowboy hat by "Golden Gate Hat Co., Los Angeles, Calif." Inside hat band is "Roy Rogers" facsimile signature in gold. Also inside hat is written in gold pen "Art By Cheryl Thomson." Hat has art images by Thomson of Roy and Dale with text "50th Wedding Anniversary December 31, 1997." Hat is signed by both "Roy Rogers/Dale Evans" in black felt tip pen. Original manufacturer tag remains attached at hat band. Hat is Exc. Last is 2.5x4.25" laminated membership card to the "Roy Rogers Riders Club." Expiration 1/8/00. Only such lot we have ever seen. The ultimate celebration of their life together. Comes with Hake's COA.
