Lot of five. 1944/WWII era. First is 8.5x11" "Hi-Yo Silver The Lone Ranger And His Three Ring Victory Circus Program." Circus took place Sep. 27 through Oct. 3rd, 1944 at the Rhode Island Auditorium in Providence. Lone Ranger and Silver appeared twice daily. Lone Ranger and Silver illustrations appear on cover and inside. Interesting articles related to The Lone Ranger and war efforts. Beginning of lead article reads "Through The Clouds Of Dust In North Africa, On The French Highways, In The Human Jungles Of New Guinea, In The Sub-Zero Reaches Of Attu, The Call 'Hi-Yo-Silver!' Has Rung Out As A Battle Cry Of America's Fighting Men As They March Towards Victory." Accompanying articles and ads emphasize the war effort, patriotism and war bonds. Slight aging/creases to cover. Fine. Contents VF. Lot also includes 2x2.5" herald-style card promoting the same circus. First we've seen. Fine. Also included are 2 newspaper ads clipped from the Providence "Evening Bulletin." Clippings aged. Fine. Last is 2.5x2.75" "Official USA Lone Ranger Novelty Lapel Button" card. Card is lightly aged. Fine. Attached to card is bright gold luster fold-over tab reading "Lone Ranger Victory Corps." Image of Lone Ranger appears above large "V." Back of tab reads "Copyright TLR Inc. 1942." Bright, shiny, N.
