There were a total of 7 different Henry sets issued between 1935 and 1937 by J. Wix & Sons, Ltd. London. Two of these sets were in postcard size of 4x5.75" and this lot contains both of those sets each complete with 25 numbered cards per set. Card fronts feature choice illustrations of Henry depicted in typical mischievous situations. Card backs have tobacco-related text and ads. Cards have very light and scattered trace of aging, mostly to margins/reverses but all art remains bright and clean. Light margin/corner tip wear but cards are free of creases and for the most part have fairly sharp corners. Exc.
