8.5x11" dated Dec., 1940. Sent out to apologize for Superman show cancellation or delay. Returned admission price and issued rain checks. On Macy/Superman letterhead that features a red image of Superman flying. This letter does not have facsimile Superman signature. Bottom margin has names of sponsors including Superman Inc., Journal American and WOR radio 710. Folded twice as mailed. N. Mint.
