Item Description
7.5x12" sheet of art paper has choice 6.75x9.5" image area done in lead and colored pencils. Concept art shows anthropomorphic treat "Miss Banana Cake" riding in dessert float. Detailed illustration by noted Disney "Sketch Artist, Idea Man and Model Creator" Ferdinand Horvath. Horvath was noted for the multitude of tasks he performed with Disney including illustrations, bkg. painting and production models. For use in 1935 Silly Symphony. Art has additional production notations in upper right-hand corner indicating details to color. 1/8x.5" chip to upper left-hand corner, 1/8x.25" by bottom right-hand corner with 1.5" diagonal crease. Paper was once mounted and as such has five 1" - 2" areas of glue on reverse which show faintly on front, not greatly affecting art which remains Exc. See following item #1454.
