Map is a very detailed overhead view of London c. 1890 which includes all street names, prominent buildings and landmarks such as "Sherlock Holmes Residence, Madame Tussaud's Wax Works, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, London Docks, Kensington Gardens," etc. Featured Holmes-related items at the four corners which included microscope, magnifying glass, beakers, fingerprint, etc. Margins are trimmed. Original margins would have noted that they were to be trimmed "For Framing" and bottom margin included related "Household Finance" text. This example is trimmed. Some dust. Still displays VF. Rare. Only the third we've seen.
