Item Description
1-3/16" brass with very detailed bearded portrait surrounded by text "Abraham Lincoln For President 1864." Listed as Sullivan AL1864-10. Reverse has initials "US" on the base of a drum surrounded by rifles, flags, cannon balls and cannon plus eagle perched above. A popular medal with matching designs for the other 1864 candidates McClellan and Fremont. Extremely fine. From the Joe Brown collection.
