Item Description
Life-sized 55.5" tall figure of Jake Lloyd's portrayal as Anakin Skywalker in the 1999 sci-fi film "Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace." Anakin mannequin stands atop 23.5" tall stone base, measuring 79" tall in total. Base is 21" deep by 22.5" wide. Anakin removes from base, being fastened by a metal rod into foot. Limited edition of only 275 made. Designed by Don Post for Lucas Arts, Ltd. for J.C. Penney US stores at time of film's release. When promotion was over, stores raffled off used displays. Made of fiberglass and dressed in same attire Lloyd was seen in during his scenes as a pod racer on Tatooine complete with rooted, life-like hair, pod racer helmet with fold-down goggles. Base has molded plaque reads "Anakin Skywalker As Seen In Star Wars - Episode I." Since being issued, few have come to market as most raffle winners opted to keep these detailed displays.
