This set was issued for September 10-12, 2004 "A Family Pin Gathering/Disney's Pin Celebration" event at Epcot. From a very limited edition of just 75, artist was Martha Widener. 16x20" nice quality wood frame with plexiglas over velvet-covered mat with metal inner border. Opening is 8.5x13" and features six different film scenes, each with a figural enameled metal pin depicting 1 or 2 characters. These are 1.5" to 2" tall. Each pin is set against a film scene bkg. featuring other characters for that specific film. Pins are Belle and the Beast, Simba, King and Queen of Hearts, Wart/Arthur from Sword In The Stone, Snow White and Prince Charming, Prince Philip and Princess Aurora. At bottom center of mat is metal plaque noting set named "A Royal Gathering" along with edition/issue information. Comes with matching certificate and original plain cardboard shipping box.
