Item Description
16x19" lacquered wood frame with inset 10x13" hand-painted and glazed ceramic tile. Superb image of Maleficent seated in her throne and petting the raven. From a numbered edition of just 75 with hand-inked edition number on tile at lower left "32/75." Back of the frame has large, bold signature of Marc Davis done in gold ink. Also has facsimile signature in the tile at top right. Comes with certificate also signed by Davis with matching edition number. This comes in matching numbered envelope for The White Horse Studio, Oregon. A superb display piece ready for hanging. Convention price was $495 and it sold out instantly. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
