Loose perforation on punch-out pieces but all complete. Piece is as folded, o/w punch-outs VF. Comes with 7.25x10.5" typed letter from Pepsodent thanking recipient with first line "Here Are The 'Amos 'n' Andy' Figures Which We Promised To Send If You Would Go To Your Dentist And Have Your Teeth Examined Before School Starts." Letter Exc. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
