Below a blue ribbon with gold text has title name "Executive Director" and from this is suspended 1.75" brass medallion showing the inaugural seal and including the names "Kennedy/Johnson." Gold text reads "1789-1961/44th Inaugural/John F. Kennedy/Lyndon B. Johnson/January 20th 1961." Very limited distribution to official committee members and employees. N. Mint. Rare high rank.
