Below a blue ribbon with gold text has title name "Executive Secretary" and from this is suspended 1.75" brass medallion showing the inaugural seal and including the names "Johnson/Humphrey." Gold text reads "1789-1965/45th Inaugural/Lyndon B. Johnson/Hubert H. Humphrey/January 20th 1965." Very limited distribution to official committee members and employees. N. Mint. Rare high rank.
