Auction #183 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1290 in auction 183
Value Code:
J - $700 to $1,000 Help Icon
Item Description
1" celluloid oval on 2" stickpin accented by lightly aged rwb fabric bow which is slipped onto the pin. Design matches #159 although with changes in the text. The reference to Bryan's farm does not appear on the corn husk and his name does not appear above his head. Text reads in full "The Nation's Commoner - Two Of America's Great Essentials To Peace And Prosperity." As on previous item #159, the stickpin has tiny text on the side curl "Design Patent 1908 Funkhouser & Cole, Lincoln, Nebr." Other than the slight ribbon aging, condition is Exc. Rare.
