8.5x13". Cardboard. Leo Frederick Burt/Dwight Allen Armstrong were 2 of 4 alleged bombers/consipirators of a University of Wisconsin building that killed a researcher and injured several others in 1970. All 4 were members of the radical SDS. One of the other two (Karelton Lewis Armstrong) was captured in Toronto in 1972. FBI current reward of $150,000 for Leo Burt. 1" piece of tape at top center front (plus 3" down back) barely shows. Otherwise, N. Mint.
