5" tall. Side reads "Pat'd June 1920." Mounted to original walnut base with original felt bottom. Two-piece ratchet mechanism. 75% original nickel finish remains. Nice, old patina. Could be cleaned to restore original silver luster. Wonderful styling. VF.
