Item Description
26.5x39.5" poster by Erie Litho. Co. c. 1937. Poster advertises animal act in sensational manner "Blood Sweating Hippopotamus From The River Nile." This statement is accompanied by beautiful hippo graphics. Poster also touts circus as "World's Largest Traveling Zoo." Tape repair across bottom margin which blends nicely. Reverse has other tape repairs along fold lines on reverse. Small tears on hippo's cheek but these blend somewhat and poster displays Fine. Great graphics.
