28.25x41". c. 1942 for holiday special parade which only took place one year. Specialty art by prominent illustrator McKnight Kauffer features classic clown image with patriotic ruffles. "A Radiant New Spectacle Of Color, Beauty, Fun And Laughter" designed by Norman Bel Geddes, famous industrial designer. .5" tear with tape repair on reverse at bottom right-hand corner. Never folded, VF/Exc.
