Item Description
1-7/8" tall tin with black finish in the shape of a coal bucket with large lettered word "Empty" across the front. Likely issued at the time of the 1902 coal workers strike which TR mediated. Tiny bit of oxidation on upper left corner of the bucket but hardly showing. Rare and VF.
