3-5/8" tall with bronze luster hanger reading "1913 Souvenir." Below ribbon is suspended Maltese cross with brass, Mint luster portrait metal at center. Surrounding the insert and on the cross arms is the text "Inauguration Of Woodrow Wilson Washington, D.C. March 4th 1913." Reverse of portrait insert has Lord's Prayer in tiny text. Made by Schwaab, Milwaukee and Exc. displaying Mint.
