7x8-7/8" glossy bw photo shows Martin and Ball at over-flowing slot machine. Reverse has CBS press release attached for Las Vegas special "A Lucille Ball Special Starring Lucille Ball and Dean Martin." Special was broadcast on Mar. 1, 1975. Martin has signed in blue felt tip pen and Ball has signed her usual "Love Lucy" in black felt tip pen. 1/8x.25" area of surface paper loss by Lucy's head and signature from tape removal, though not affecting signature or Lucy's image. O/w N. Mint. Comes with Hake's COA.
